The ideas and methods found here are not new.  In fact all the so called new ideas such as Small Groups and Forty Days of Purpose are old ideas that have been repackaged and renamed.  What you will find here and in the Children's Ministry area are methods adaptable to any size church.

I must warn you, there are two enemies to growth in your church.  Complacency is the first.  Humans don't like change and we don't like the unknown.  A church that has been stagnate has a comfort level that we are loathe to change, but change is inevitable.  Your church will either grow and survive or die through attrition, either way your church will change.  The second enemy is a desire to walk by sight and not by faith.  When you decide that your church is yours and not Christ's, when you decide you will decide God's will through logic and not waiting on the Lord, you have started down the path that leads to your church's end.
